30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped within the UK.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item should be returned in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Is Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and send us:

A clear photograph of the item you received

A photograph showing the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

Once we receive the details, we will resolve the issue straight away.

Depending on your preference, we can offer you:

• A replacement sent to you at no extra cost, or

• A full refund

Returns for Other Reasons

If you simply change your mind or would like to return an item for any other reason, you can still return it within our 30-day return period, provided it is in its original condition.

We can provide you with a return shipping label; however, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund or otherwise payable by you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

This return policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom only.
