Where We Ship? We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping is available to selected countries — please contact us for details.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following working day.

Tracked & Express Delivery

Delivery Estimates Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services.

Order Tracking Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Missing or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at appliedexcellence.uk@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
